Dark red to brown color, with a thin beige head. Aromas of vinegar, sour at first with some cherries maybe. Taste was phenomenal! Sour at first, vinegar, cherries, maybe some wood, and sweet after a while. Sweet aftertaste, long lasting. Medium bodied with low carbonation.	Red/brown clear body, thin head. Aroma of vinegar and some sweet grapes. The taste reminds of wine that has turned to vinegar. Bites the tongue stiffens the mouth. Light sour aftertaste.

Σκούρο κόκκινο προς καφέ χρώμα με λεπτό μπεζ αφρό. Άρωμα ξυδιού, ξινό στην αρχή με ίσως μερικά κεράσια. Απίστευτη γεύση! Ξινή στην αρχή, ξύδι, κεράσια, ίσως ξύλο, και γλυκιά μετά από λίγο. Γλυκιά επίγευση, μακράς διαρκείας. Μέτριο σώμα με χαμηλή ενανθράκωση.	Κόκκινο καφέ καθαρό μέτριο σώμα, λεπτός αφρός. Άρωμα ξυδιού με μερικά γλυκά σταφύλια. Η γεύση θυμίζει κρασί που έγινε ξύδι. Τσιμπάει τη γλώσσα και σκληραίνει το στόμα. Ελαφριά ξινή επίγευση.
